Cancellation Policy
A 50% cancellation fee will be collected if the appointment is not cancelled/adjusted with a minimum 48 hour notice. If I am able to move someone into that slot from my waitlist, you will be refunded the cancellation fee. If you reschedule at the time of cancellation for a date that falls within 7 days of the original booking, there will only be a $25 rebooking fee. A 15 minute grace period is included but you may be asked to reschedule if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment.
